At Bodegas Garay, everything starts in the vineyard. Since the purchase of their first bushel in 2006, their passion for the land and the native varieties Zalema and Listán del Condado led them to become pioneers in organic viticulture in the area.
Here they make natural wine, respecting the process as much as possible: the must is transformed into wine without any intervention or “make-up”, following the Beatles’ philosophy: “let it be”. Each bottle reflects the authentic character of the vineyard and the personality of those who cultivate it.
His style combines the winemaking tradition of La Palma del Condado with a nod to the philosophy of the wines of El Bierzo, resulting in unique wines, sincere and full of identity.
