Formed by small vine growers who personally work their vineyards, the cooperative combines tradition and technology to produce wines under the Condado de Huelva DO.

The main protagonist is the Zalema grape, a native variety that defines the character of Chucena’s white wine and gives rise to a range of wines faithful to their origin: Zalema White Wine, Must and Sweet Wine.

The elaboration process is based on:

• Manual harvesting
• Careful grape selection
• Fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control

The result is a natural wine, without added products, the result of a process that respects the origin and guarantees quality.
